Nyxoah: €9.2 million in revenue in the third quarter, US sales up 29%
Nyxoah published worldwide revenue of €9.2 million for the third quarter of 2026 on November 5, 2026, up 19% from the second quarter. US sales grew faster than the group as a whole, by 29% on the same basis, to €6.7 million.
This publication follows the preliminary, unaudited figures released by the Belgian group on October 19, 2026, when it also lowered its annual revenue forecast. It is accompanied by US commercial indicators and a request for an indication extension filed with the FDA.
US sales are growing faster than the group as a whole
In the third quarter, sales made in the United States reached €6.7 million, out of worldwide revenue of €9.2 million. The US market is therefore Nyxoah's main source of revenue. The company specializes in neuromodulation implants for obstructive sleep apnea.
Their 29% growth over one quarter exceeds that of the group, which stands at 19%. This gap mechanically means that sales made outside the United States grew more slowly than the group average over the period. Both published changes are measured against the second quarter of 2026.
The US network is expanding: 342 trained surgeons and 233 active accounts
Nyxoah is supporting these sales with three leading commercial indicators in the US market. During the quarter, 80 new surgeons were trained, bringing their total to 342, and 53 new accounts were activated, for a total of 233 active accounts using the Genio implant.
These two figures measure the development of the US commercial network: training surgeons and activating new accounts strengthens the capacity to deploy the Genio implant. The third indicator concerns demand in process, with 447 patients engaged in a prior authorization procedure as of the start of the fourth quarter.
A request to extend the Genio indication filed with the FDA
On the regulatory front, Nyxoah has filed a PMA supplement (premarket approval) with the FDA to extend the US indication of Genio to patients with complete concentric collapse (CCC). This filing is based on the ACCCESS US pivotal study, which met its co-primary efficacy endpoints and its safety endpoints in these patients.
The 12-month responder rate, measured on the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), stands at 77.2%. These complete results had been presented on October 15, 2026, at the annual congress of the International Surgical Sleep Society in Los Angeles. At this stage, this is a pending request: the indication extension remains subject to a decision by the US authority.
The publication thus combines an expanding US commercial base with a patient population that would be broadened if the FDA gives its approval. It follows the October 19, 2026 revision, which reduced the 2026 revenue forecast to a range of €33 to €35 million. As of November 2, 2026, the average of the three analysts tracking the company stood at €35 million, at the upper end of that range.
