Okwind divests its stake in Purecontrol to refocus on its core activities
Groupe OKWIND has announced the sale of its entire stake in Purecontrol, a company specializing in control solutions for water management, industry and energy performance. The transaction is part of a plan to strengthen the group's financial structure and refocus on its historical activities.
Exit from Purecontrol's capital, entry in 2021
Groupe OKWIND, specialized in the design, manufacturing and sale of energy generation and management systems dedicated to self-consumption, has divested its entire stake in Purecontrol.
A minority shareholder in this company since 2021, the group had increased its stake in 2023 on the occasion of a €7 million fundraising round. The divestment is presented as a continuation of actions undertaken to strengthen the financial structure and concentrate resources on historical activities.
A refocus following the transformation plan and capital increase
The divestment follows the completion of the group's transformation plan and a capital increase of €3.85 million carried out in July 2026.
OKWIND indicates that it is now concentrating its resources on the development and commercialization of energy autonomy solutions combining solar production, storage and energy management. In this context, the group presented at SPACE 2026, which is being held in Rennes until September 17, MEA Stock 209, a new high-capacity configuration of its battery storage solution range.

The press release does not provide a financial valuation of the transaction or mention its impact on the group's accounts. Groupe OKWIND achieved consolidated revenue of €23.8 million in 2025 and employed 127 employees as of June 30, 2026, with more than 5,500 installations across French territory.
