One Experience Acquires Two Hotels in Melun, Targeting €2M in Revenue
One Experience, a French hospitality group listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces the acquisition of the walls and business of two hotels operated under the Campanile and Première Classe brands, owned by Louvre Hotels Group. This initial transaction marks the launch of its dedicated platform, One Hospitality Assets, resulting from a partnership with David Dassin and Byron Gestion.
Two Establishments in Melun to Kickstart the Platform
The two acquired establishments are located in Melun, Seine-et-Marne. They offer a combined capacity of 128 rooms and hold a strategic position in the economic and midscale segments of the hotel market. One Experience anticipates a total revenue of around €2 million and an EBITDA of about €800,000 over a full year for these two assets. This acquisition is carried out within One Hospitality Assets, in association with David Dassin, founder of Groupe Dassin, and in partnership with Byron Gestion, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Louvre Hotels Group led by Widiane Mendes.
A Progressive and Patrimonial Strategy
The group intends to continue developing its platform with a disciplined approach, based on the acquisition of tangible assets that generate business, established locations, recognized operational partnerships, and a long-term patrimonial logic. Edouard Masseau, President of One Experience, emphasizes that this first acquisition marks a significant step in the deployment of the platform and constitutes the first asset of a structure that the group plans to progressively develop with established partners. David Dassin highlights the partnership’s ability to identify and structure assets consistent with a progressive development strategy.
