Planisware: Revenue Up 15.6% in Third Quarter, Driven by Recurring Revenue
Planisware published on October 23, 2026 revenue of €57.4 million for the third quarter of 2026, up 15.6% on a reported basis and 14.9% at constant exchange rates. The growth in recurring revenues increased from 12.6% in the first half to 16.6% for the quarter, and the group confirmed all of its annual targets raised in July.
This quarter stands out for the engine of growth. The project and portfolio management software publisher now relies on recurring revenues representing 90% of its sales, compared with 88.8% a year earlier.
Support activities, whose growth had slowed in the first half, have returned to a pace close to that of SaaS subscriptions. Management maintained a cautious approach on the timing of non-recurring contracts expected at year-end.
Third Quarter Revenue of €57.4 Million, Up 14.9% at Constant Exchange Rates
Over the first nine months of 2026, revenue reached €163.5 million, up 12.4% on a reported basis and 14.9% at constant exchange rates. For reference, the group had achieved €198 million in revenue for fiscal year 2025, according to accounts published on April 15, 2026.
The currency effect changed direction. It was slightly positive in the third quarter, at approximately €0.3 million, thanks to the recent strengthening of the dollar against the euro. At the publication of the half-year results on July 30, 2026, the group had reported a negative currency effect of €3.8 million linked to the depreciation of the dollar and yen.
Recurring revenues amount to €51.7 million, up 16.6% at constant exchange rates. SaaS and hosting revenues, the leading category at €28.2 million, grew by 19.1%. Across the entire SaaS model (hosting, annual licenses and support), the increase reached 18.6%.
Support Regains Momentum, Driven by New Customers
The main shift of the quarter concerns support. Evolutionary support (€15.6 million) grew 19.6% and subscription support 10.3%, compared with 7.2% and 2.2% respectively in the first half. According to the group, this acceleration is explained by services related to customers placed in production earlier in the year and the redeployment of teams mobilized in the first half on a high volume of new implementations.
The cumulative reading confirms this movement, albeit more moderately: over nine months, evolutionary support grew 11.2% and recurring revenues 13.9%. Approximately 70% of the quarter's recurring growth comes from new customers (less than 12 months of contribution), and approximately 30% from expansion within the existing customer base.
Non-recurring revenues (€5.7 million) grew 1.7%, under the effect of two opposing trends. Perpetual licenses declined 50.3%, to €1.3 million, as a consequence of the transition to the SaaS model. Implementation services grew 45.1%, to €4.5 million, due to the deployment of recently signed customers. On October 19, 2026, Planisware announced the creation of a global partner organization, with more than 25 partners already integrated, to increase its implementation capacity.
2026 Targets Maintained, Commercial Launch of Prisma Scheduled for End of March 2027
Planisware confirmed the targets raised on July 30, 2026: revenue growth of at least 13% at constant exchange rates, adjusted EBITDA margin at least equal to that of 2025 (37.4%) and a cash conversion rate of approximately 80%. The group justified this maintenance by a macroeconomic and geopolitical environment it considers volatile, as well as by the variability of the calendar for certain non-recurring transactions in the fourth quarter.
On the commercial side, the quarter was marked by signings with industrial and automotive groups in Europe and the United States, the French public health insurance fund, a German mutual insurance company and several pharmaceutical and biotechnology laboratories. An existing American automotive customer expanded its contract, with potential deployment to approximately 3,500 users.
On the product side, the beta version of Prisma, the group's artificial intelligence agent, was launched at the end of September. Its official commercialization is confirmed by the end of the first quarter of 2027, the date from which its direct contribution to revenue should begin gradually.
For 2027, whose budget is being developed, Chief Executive Officer Loïc Sautour acknowledged that 2026 performance "creates a more demanding comparison base for next year." The structural fact of the publication remains quantified: recurring revenues up 16.6% in the third quarter, compared with 12.6% in the first half.
