Pluxee share falls -14.5% over one month, trailing the SBF 120
The meal voucher and employee benefits issuer is losing ground this Thursday, in a Paris market itself oriented downward amid unprecedented French budget tensions for over a decade. The decline is part of a particularly difficult monthly sequence for the security, which nevertheless remains positive over three months.
A monthly decline of 14% that brings the price below its two first moving averages
Pluxee loses 2.27% in trading at 13.77 €, extending a monthly decline of 14.26% that contrasts with the 20% rebound recorded over three months. The price is evolving well below the MA20 (14.95 €, gap of nearly 8%) and the MA50 (14.87 €, gap of 7.4%), two averages that exert visible downward pressure on the session. Only the MA200 at 12.48 € remains well below the current price, offering a cushion of approximately 10%.
The RSI at 34, which is approaching the oversold zone without having yet crossed it, reflects the exhaustion of buyers over the recent period. The security is also trading below its former support level at 14.09 €, now requalifiable as short-term resistance, with the next longer-term resistance at 16.14 €. The comparable listed Edenred is also declining by 1.27% in trading, a sign of selling pressure affecting the entire segment.
A market context weighed down by pressure on French debt and modest valuation
The Paris session is marked by unusual tension on French debt: the 10-year OAT is approaching its highest level since July 2008, raised to 4.75% on September 30, 2026, while the spread with the German Bund (3.58%) reaches 1.28 points, its highest level since 2012. The CAC 40 is down 1.28% and the SBF 120 down 1.32% in trading, amid budget uncertainty as the 2027 Finance Bills are examined this Thursday in Cabinet meeting. On the valuation front, the security is valued at approximately 9.2 times the expected earnings of the current fiscal year according to the analyst consensus surveyed, a modest multiple that reflects persistent questions about the growth trajectory following a Q3 quarter down 3.3%, hampered notably by the Brazilian reform.
Pluxee also has a 100 million euro share buyback program announced in May 2026, with 83 million euros already executed, which constitutes a potential safety net for the price without however reversing the short-term trend. The 13.77 € zone remains to be monitored in light of the RSI which is approaching the oversold threshold.
