Pluxee shares lag behind SBF 120, under pressure on its 20-day moving average
The employee benefits specialist's stock is faltering on Monday, in an otherwise nearly stable SBF 120. The decline brings the price back to its twenty-day moving average, following a spectacular summer rebound that had allowed the stock to break through several successive resistance levels.
A 2.86% decline that places Pluxee at the bottom of the SBF 120 ranking
Pluxee is losing 2.86% during the session, at €15.26, while the SBF 120 is virtually unchanged (+0.09%). This gap places the stock at 118th out of 120 values in the index, among the sharpest declines in the SBF 120. Edenred, a comparable value in the employee services segment, is also losing ground during the session (-1.61%), but to a lesser extent.
Over the week, the decline reaches 5.39%, which notably moderates the monthly gain, which remains positive at +4.09%. The three-month performance nevertheless remains very solid at +36.01%, reflecting the scale of the rebound that began in early June. Over one year, the balance sheet remains negative at -8.35%, reflecting a long period of underperformance that preceded this rebound.
The price in contact with its 20-day moving average following a summer rebound of over 36% in three months
Technical analysis deserves attention: the price at €15.26 is practically at the level of the 20-day moving average at €15.25, with a minimal gap of +0.07%. This level had served as a floor during the early September decline, and its test on Monday constitutes a point of attention following the resistance breakout observed at the end of August. The stock remains well anchored above its 50-day moving average (€13.95, gap +9.39%) and its 200-day moving average (€12.34, gap +23.66%), which reflects a positive medium-term dynamic despite today's correction.
The RSI at 62 remains in positive territory without signaling excessive overbought conditions. The next resistance is situated at €16.14, representing an upside potential of approximately 5.8% from the current price, while the main support is identified at €13.30. The holding of the 20-day moving average in the coming sessions will determine whether the consolidation remains orderly or whether it deepens toward this support.
