Prodways Secures Order for 10 Ceramic 3D Printers from American Aerospace Manufacturer
Prodways Group has received an order from an aerospace manufacturer in the United States for a series of ceramic 3D printers from its MovingLight range. The customer, already equipped with the technology, will expand its installed fleet to more than 15 machines.
Around Ten MovingLight Ceramic Printers Ordered
Prodways Group announced on September 2, 2026, the signing of an order for around ten ceramic 3D printers MovingLight from an industrial player in the aerospace sector in the United States.
The group describes this order as one of the most significant individual orders recorded in recent years. Deliveries will take place throughout 2027.
A Value of Several Million Euros, Printers Only
The order is valued at several million euros. It concerns only the printers: the provision of related services will be the subject of additional orders.
The customer, already equipped with Prodways ceramic printers, will thus expand its installed fleet to more than 15 machines. This deployment supports its industrial capacity growth for manufacturing components intended for aerospace applications.
The Transition of Certain Applications to Series Production
Prodways' ceramic printers are used to produce elements integrated into the manufacturing process of series production parts, in a demanding production environment.
After several years of joint development with aerospace industry players, the group reports observing a gradual increase in the use of its ceramic solutions, with the transition of certain applications from qualification and development phases to series production.
