Prologue: H1 2026 revenue of €24.8 million, up 6.1% on a pro forma basis
Prologue has published its first-half 2026 revenue, showing pro forma organic growth of 6.1% year-on-year.
The momentum is driven by software activities, while managed services and infrastructure recorded a slight decline of 1.2%, with the group noting an exceptional sale of €2 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Half-year revenue of €24.8 million, driven by Europe
In the first half of 2026, the Prologue group achieved revenue of €24.8 million, representing pro forma organic growth of 6.1% compared to the same period in the previous year. Pro forma accounts are unaudited and adjusted for the activities of recently divested companies M2i, O2i and API.
Europe accounts for the bulk of business with €22.9 million, up 6.1%. Outside Europe, billing reached €1.9 million, up 6.8%.
Software up 17%, managed services slightly declining
Software and related services activities increased 17% on a pro forma basis over the half-year, reaching €11 million.
Managed services and infrastructure stood at €13.8 million, down 1.2% compared to the first half of 2025. The group notes in this regard that an exceptional sale of €2 million had been recorded in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Prologue targets continued growth and improved operating profitability
The group indicated its intention to maintain its internal growth momentum while continuing to improve operating profitability. Prologue specified that its H1 2026 results will be published no later than October 31, 2026.
For reference, the group achieved full-year 2025 pro forma revenue of €48 million, up 11% compared to the previous year.
