Quadient Ranked as "Leader" by IDC for its Inspire Customer Communications Solution
IDC has placed Quadient in the "Leader" category of its global assessment of customer communication management software vendors, published in September 2026, for its Quadient Inspire solution. The group based in Bagneux announced this in a press release issued on October 20, 2026.
IDC Highlights AI, Deployment Flexibility and Support
The document, titled "IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Intelligent Customer Communication Management 2026 Vendor Assessment" (IDC reference #US54131626), evaluates software vendors in this segment on a global scale. According to Amy Machado, research director at IDC, customer communication management is evolving toward customer experience orchestration powered by artificial intelligence. In this context, Quadient differentiates itself, according to her, through innovation, deployment flexibility and support for organizations.
The analyst highlights the combination of multiple functions within the offering: AI-driven customer communications, customer journey mapping, communications design and governance. She also cites support for SaaS, hybrid and on-premises environments. According to IDC, this combination makes Quadient a compelling choice for organizations modernizing their customer communications.
Among the strengths mentioned is support: according to the report, customers surveyed by IDC gave Quadient high marks for its technical assistance and the consistency of its communication. IDC also mentions the user community run by the group, which provides access to examples, test environments, reference applications and training.
A Single Platform, Four Possible Deployment Modes
According to the press release, Quadient Inspire covers the entire lifecycle of communications (digital, interactive, printed and form-based) from a single platform. Its AI tools are designed for content creation, personalization and strengthened governance. The so-called "any-prem" strategy enables deployment on-premises, on IaaS, PaaS or SaaS, as well as switching between deployment modes without migration to another platform.
Lilac Schoenbeck, Senior Vice President of Product at Quadient Digital, stated that this distinction reflects the group's commitment to helping organizations connect data, governance and AI on the same platform. She added that Quadient continues to invest in innovations to support its future successes.
The IDC MarketScape evaluation model is based, according to its presentation, on a scoring methodology combining qualitative and quantitative criteria. It results in a graphical representation of each vendor's position in a given market.
