Qwamplify returns to growth in Q2: Revenue up 7.2%
After a first quarter marked by a decline on a comparable basis, Qwamplify returned to growth in its second quarter of 2026.
The digital marketing agency published on August 25, 2026 its activity indicators for the second quarter and first half, in a context of contraction in advertisers' budgets and technical constraints weighing on email marketing activity.
Gross margin of €4.1M in the second quarter, up 2.8% on a comparable basis
In the second quarter of 2026 (April-June), on a comparable basis, Qwamplify's revenue reached €6.0M, up 7.2%, compared to a decline of 10% in the first quarter. The quarter's gross margin stood at €4.1M, up 2.8%, while it showed a decline of 14.9% over the first three months of the year.
Over the entire first half of 2026 (January-June), on a comparable basis, revenue declined 1.7% and gross margin declined 6.7%, to €8.0M. On a reported basis, the latter fell 21.6%, this gap reflecting disposals made within the scope of consolidation.
Disposals of Nordic Countries and Qwamplify Pro alter the comparison scope
The group recalled that it divested all of its Nordic subsidiaries on July 1, 2025, as well as its Qwamplify Pro business on January 1, 2026. These activities were fully deconsolidated from the figures published as of June 30, 2026 for the first half.
For comparison purposes, consolidated revenue and gross margin published in the first half of 2025, incorporating these activities, stood respectively at €14.2M and €10.2M. For the quarter, the company indicates stabilization of Media activities, with growth in SEO and Analytics performance offsetting the decline in SEM and Consulting.
First-half operating loss expected, approximately €1M in savings targeted on a full-year basis
The decline in gross margin will weigh on the operating result for the first half of 2026, expected to be negative according to the group. The reorganization undertaken in the second quarter should generate approximately €1M in savings on a full-year basis, with associated costs being recorded in the first half and initial positive effects expected mainly in the second half.
For the second half of 2026, in an environment described as uncertain, Qwamplify anticipates stable activity and the progressive ramp-up of the cost-saving measures undertaken. CEO and founder Cédric Reny indicated that he has launched a strategic reorganization, with the acceleration of investments in artificial intelligence and the creation of an Innovation and AI Division, a Group Commercial and Marketing Division, and a Media and Consulting Division. The group will publish its first-half 2026 results on September 15, 2026.
