Rapid Nutrition: Revenue Up 227.5% in First Half 2026
Rapid Nutrition published its unaudited interim accounts on 8 September 2026 for the half-year ended 30 June 2026. The British group, listed on Euronext Growth, highlights a revenue increase of 227.5% over the period, while noting that the acquisition of five HealthShop+ wellness centres, completed on 18 June 2026, contributed only minimally to the reported revenues for the half-year.
Revenue Up 227.5%, Gross Profit Up 122.3%
Rapid Nutrition reports a revenue increase of approximately 227.5% compared to the corresponding period in 2025. Gross profit, in turn, increased by approximately 122.3% on the same comparative basis. According to the group, these revenues stem primarily from its already established brand activities, prior to any significant contribution from the newly acquired wellness centres. The statement clarifies that the group has continued to invest significantly in marketing, personnel, legal and administrative activities, as well as in the organizational and commercial capabilities necessary to complete the acquisition and support its expanded platform. The published accounts reflect this deliberate investment phase.
Acquisition of Five HealthShop+ Centres Broadens Operational Base
The group completed the acquisition of five HealthShop+ wellness centres in its domestic Australian market on 18 June 2026. The transaction, completed shortly before the end of the reporting period, made only a minimal contribution to the reported revenue for the first half. Rapid Nutrition states that the acquired operations have expanded its operational scale, customer base, workforce and direct-to-consumer distribution capabilities. The acquisition was financed from existing cash resources, without any new share issuance.
Board Targets Record Revenue in Second Half
Based on business activity observed since the end of the reporting period, the board of directors believes that Rapid Nutrition is positioned to achieve record revenue in the second half and enter 2027 with a substantially expanded operational base. The group states that it will provide shareholders with a detailed progress update on integration and business activity later in September, following the initial three-month period after the acquisition. This progress update will come after the strategic overhaul initiated during 2025, of which the group presents the first half of 2026 as the execution phase.
