Sidetrade: new recurring revenue multiplied by 4.5 in third quarter, revenue up 22%
In the third quarter of 2026 alone, Sidetrade signed €2.60 million in new annual recurring revenue (new ARR), representing 4.5 times the level of a year earlier. This quarter is traditionally the slowest of the year for the company. These signings are accompanied by longer contractual commitments, the impact of which on revenue is yet to come: the group indicates that the contribution of new contracts will accelerate from 2027 onwards.
The quarter's revenue grew 22%, reaching €18.4 million. Excluding the consolidation of ezyCollect, organic growth stood at 6%. The gap between the pace of signings and revenue is explained by the recognition of subscriptions, recognized over the duration of contracts.
New ARR of €2.60 million in third quarter, up 348%
The software publisher, specialized in the automation of the order-to-cash cycle, published on October 20, 2026 a new annual recurring revenue of €2.60 million for the third quarter, compared with €0.58 million a year earlier and €0.50 million in the third quarter of 2024. This is the second-best quarter in its history, behind the second quarter of 2026 (€3.11 million), and above the previous quarterly record of the second quarter of 2023 (€2.41 million).
Other signature indicators followed the same direction. The annual contract value (ACV), including associated services, reached €4.32 million compared with €1.91 million (+126%). The total value of subscription contracts (TCV) signed during the quarter amounted to €10.4 million, compared with €1.81 million a year earlier (+473%).
Over the first nine months, new ARR reached €7.76 million, up 157% compared with 2025 (€3.02 million) and 74% compared with 2024 (€4.45 million). This total exceeds the 2025 full year total (€4.29 million) by 81% and the 2024 total (€6.53 million), the previous record year, by 19%. The subscription TCV signed over the period came to €29.1 million, compared with €8.18 million in 2025 and €12.81 million in 2024.
Revenue up 22%, including 6% organic growth
In the third quarter of 2026, revenue increased from €15.1 million to €18.4 million. Subscriptions, up 24% to €16.4 million, represent 89% of consolidated revenue. The increase includes the consolidation of ezyCollect, which contributed €2.5 million in the quarter and strengthens the group's presence in Asia-Pacific and among SMEs.
Excluding this acquisition, organic growth reached 6%, compared with 4% in the second quarter. The company sees this as a sign that orders from the first half of the year are beginning to feed into revenue. When publishing its half-year results on September 22, 2026, Sidetrade had reported revenue up 19%, at €34.8 million, and cited among its risks the pressure from orders received during 2025.
The geographic breakdown confirms the weight of the international business: 72% of subscription revenue was generated outside France. North America accounts for 26%, a contribution close to that of France, and Asia-Pacific 16%. On the orders side, 76% of the quarter's orders were concluded outside France, of which 54% in North America.
Contracts averaging 56.2 months, expected acceleration in organic growth
Products natively based on artificial intelligence generated €0.78 million in new ARR in the third quarter, accounting for 30% of the total. The group sold 32 Aimie Cash Collection agents over the period, compared with 26 in the second quarter and 17 in the first, bringing the total to 75 since the beginning of the year. All new customers in the quarter also selected Aimie IQ and Agent Builder Studio. On September 24, 2026, Sidetrade announced the adoption of its Aimie agent by American company Mistras Group.
The average duration of initial commitment for contracts signed in the third quarter (excluding renewals) reached 56.2 months, compared with 49.2 months a year earlier (+14%) and 48.8 months in the first half of 2026. The founding chief executive, Olivier Novasque, links this development to the group's "sovereign AI" positioning, which controls its own infrastructure and makes contractual commitments spanning several years on token costs.
Going forward, the company anticipates a continued acceleration of organic growth in the fourth quarter of 2026, before moving into double digits in early 2027. The 2026 annual revenue will be published on January 26, 2027 after the close of trading. 2026 data are consolidated and unaudited. At this stage, €29.1 million in total subscription contract value has been signed over nine months, an amount to be recognized in revenue over the duration of commitments.
