Sidetrade: its AI agent Aimie adopted by American Mistras Group

Aimie integrated into Mistras Group's finance function

The French software publisher dedicated to Order-to-Cash indicated that Mistras Group, presented as a player in technological solutions for industrial asset integrity and laboratory testing, is integrating Aimie, an autonomous agent dedicated to customer follow-up, within its financial team.

According to Sidetrade, Aimie interacts with customers, qualifies invoices and autonomously optimizes collection strategies. The agent handles receivables collection as part of the Order-to-Cash function.

An agent backed by Sidetrade's Data Lake

Aimie is backed by Sidetrade's Data Lake, which aggregates, according to the company, more than 10,000 billion dollars in transactions. Its capabilities include autonomous and contextualized calls orchestrated on customer accounts, continuous learning from payment behaviors and native integration to the Sidetrade platform updating Order-to-Cash strategy and dispute management.

The company indicates that this adoption positions Mistras Group among the first companies in the United States to integrate so-called agentic AI within their teams.

A deployment following the launch of SAFE

This announcement comes after the presentation, on September 10, 2026, of SAFE (Sidetrade Agentic Framework for Enterprise), an artificial intelligence agents architecture based on the publisher's own models, data centers and computing capacity.

Sidetrade (Euronext Growth: ALBFR.PA) indicates supporting companies in 85 countries with 450 employees distributed across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
