The board of directors also announced the appointment of Thierry Delaporte as the new CEO starting November 10, 2025. The group continued to reorganize its financial structure, including the repayment of a 700 million euro bond and the issuance of a new 1.1 billion US dollar bond. The company also plans to acquire Grupo Mediterránea in Spain by the end of the year, thereby strengthening its presence in Europe.
