Sophie Bellon Does Not Seek Renewal of Her Term

Sodexo's board of directors announced on September 28, 2026 that it proposes the appointment of Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as president, subject to the renewal of her term at the annual general meeting on December 16, 2026.

Sophie Bellon, who has served as chair of the board of directors since 2016, has decided not to seek renewal of her term in this position. Over the past decade, she has led several major operations, including the spin-off and public listing of the Benefits & Rewards business (Pluxee) as well as the sale of Sodexo's stake in Sofinsod.

She will now dedicate herself to Bellon SA, the family holding company, where she will become chair of the executive board, while continuing to serve on Sodexo's board of directors, subject to the renewal of her term by the general meeting.

Nathalie Bellon-Szabo Will Move to a Non-Executive Presidency

Nathalie Bellon-Szabo is Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo Live! Worldwide and has been a member of the group's executive committee since 2018. She joined Sodexo in 1996 and has served as a director of Sodexo since 1989. She is a member of the Nominations Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, a director of Pluxee since 2024, and a director of the Bouygues group since 2025.

Under her leadership, Sodexo Live! has seen its revenue quadruple over the past ten years, notably through its development in the United States, which has become its largest market. As part of this appointment, she would become non-executive president and would step down from her operational responsibilities within the company.

This governance change comes as the group launched its Shift & Grow 2030 growth acceleration plan in July 2026.
