Sodexo shares fall 2.5% after hitting resistance at €60.50
After a rebound since the publication of its annual accounts, the stock is falling more sharply than the Paris market, which is down 1.64%. The move brings the stock back into the lower part of the SBF 120, after it had just tested a technical ceiling.
A decline in a Paris market weighed down by the Wall Street correction
Sodexo shares fall 2.64% to €58.90 intraday, in an SBF 120 that is down 1.64%. The stock is among the largest decliners in the index, after running into its €60.50 resistance level, a level it had been approaching since the break above €60.05 in early November.
Despite this decline, the price remains 1.76% above its 20-day moving average (MM20) and 3.35% above its 50-day moving average (MM50), leaving intact the gain of nearly 10% over one month. The Paris session follows a sharp correction on Wall Street on Thursday (Nasdaq -5.52%, S&P 500 -4.36%), which spread to Asian markets.
