Sodexo Secures a 5-Year Global Contract with Clariant Across 50 Sites
Sodexo has announced a new multi-year partnership with specialty chemicals company Clariant, covering integrated management of over 50 sites in 13 countries. This agreement is part of the group's business momentum following recent contractual successes with Meta and the upward revision of its growth targets.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Technical Support Services Across 50 Sites
Sodexo has signed a five-year partnership agreement with Clariant to manage all of its real estate services (both soft and hard FM) globally. The contract includes cleaning, building and outdoor space maintenance, as well as technical support. It spans more than 50 sites located in 13 countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
Clariant's portfolio includes a variety of environments: industrial facilities, laboratories, offices, and production environments, including its multi-site campus in Louisville, USA, its innovation center in Frankfurt, Germany, and its headquarters and research and development center in Shanghai, China.
Services to Commence in October 2026 with Standardization of Operational Standards
Service mobilization will begin in October 2026. Through this partnership, Sodexo will assist Clariant in enhancing its operational performance and standardizing service standards across its global real estate portfolio. The group will leverage its global expertise, local presence, and digital capabilities to offer simplified governance and will rely on data to support a continuous improvement process and long-term value creation.
