Sopra Steria is negotiating the acquisition of Digital Product Simulation, founded in 1997 and based in Paris. The firm employs over 115 expert engineers and works with major players in the aerospace, defense, and nuclear sectors. In 2025, its revenue was approximately 12 million euros according to IFRS standards.
The operation is part of Sopra Steria's strategy to offer integrated end-to-end solutions. It aims to deepen the group's simulation capabilities and extend its expertise around the 3DEXPERIENCE solution developed by Dassault Systèmes. This acquisition should also increase the group's presence in a market with high growth potential, particularly in the strategic and sovereign industrial sector.
