SpaceX has announced the launch of the 13th Starship test flight on July 16, with a 90-minute launch window opening at 5:45 PM Central Time (Texas time zone).
Launch Scheduled from Starbase in Texas
The test flight is set to take off from Launch Site No. 2 at Starbase, Texas. The 90-minute launch window opens at 5:45 PM Central Time. A live broadcast will begin approximately 30 minutes before liftoff, available on SpaceX.com and on SpaceX's X account (@SpaceX). As with any trial in the development phase, the schedule is dynamic and subject to change.
Flight Objectives and Payload
This flight aims to achieve objectives similar to those of the previous flight, which marked the debut of the Starship and Super Heavy vehicles in V3 version. For the first time, it will also carry next-generation Starlink satellites (V3) intended for brief orbital tests.
