SPIE launches sustainable bond to refinance part of its debt
The multi-technical services group announced on September 21, 2026 the launch of a bond issue linked to sustainability criteria. The operation aims in particular at partial refinancing of the group's existing debt.
SPIE indicated that the proceeds from this bond issue would be used for its general needs and for partial refinancing of the group's existing debt.
This refinancing includes cash redeemable and/or convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable into existing shares bonds maturing on January 17, 2028 (FR001400F2K3).
