The combined value of the two awards amounts to approximately 45 million euros. The contracts remain subject to the usual final approvals from the relevant authorities.
The group indicates that deliveries are to begin later this year. It places these orders within the framework of the ongoing modernization and rearmament of NATO countries' armed forces.
Second wave of orders in a matter of weeks
These awards follow those announced by Theon International on September 30, 2026, which totaled approximately 50 million euros and came from European and Middle Eastern countries. They included the first major order of its Orion fused binoculars from a Western European user.
Philippe Mennicken, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Development Director of Theon, stated: "We remain well positioned to capture further opportunities and we expect order intake to accelerate further towards year end and in the first quarter of 2027, given typical seasonality of the business and recent geopolitical developments." Management thus anticipates an acceleration of order intake towards the end of the year and in the first quarter of 2027, citing the usual seasonality of the business and recent geopolitical developments.
Strong H1 performance and positive momentum continuing into H2 2026 with further acceleration expected in Q4.
