TME Pharma: NOX-A12 evaluation process continues, financial autonomy extended through second quarter 2027
In a letter to its shareholders, the chief executive of the Berlin-based biotech company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, outlines the progress of its evaluation process and the financial management principles underlying it. The communication extends the activity update published on August 24, 2026 regarding ongoing negotiations around its primary oncology asset.
A licensing process oriented toward shareholder value
CEO Diede van den Ouden indicates that the company is continuing its evaluation process, following the announcement of August 24, 2026, with the objective of securing the long-term success of NOX-A12.
According to the letter, this requires that the next GLORIA phase 2 trial be executed according to a defined regulatory strategy, and that the financial conditions of any potential licensing agreement generate value for shareholders throughout the process.
Management specifies that in the event of commercial launch of NOX-A12, it aims to benefit from a substantial percentage of maximum sales potential. It indicates that it is working to complete this final evaluation phase and inform the market once a definitive decision has been made and formal agreements have been finalized.
Financial discipline and extended financial autonomy through second quarter 2027
The letter recalls the cost reduction strategy conducted since June 2025, which is presented as having extended the company's financial autonomy through the second quarter of 2027.
The CEO indicates that he has used conventional bond financing, maintaining what he describes as a limited dilution level since December 2024, with the objective of preserving the independence necessary to negotiate. He also mentions NOX-E36 as a development asset and presents TME Pharma as a holding company structured to develop its asset portfolio.
The company specifies that it publishes financial reports twice a year and will communicate more frequently if the information to be transmitted warrants it.
