Verallia Expands Deployment of Gojob's AI in Recruitment to Germany and Brazil
The European leader in glass packaging is extending its partnership with the AI recruitment platform Gojob to Germany and Brazil, following a successful pilot phase in France. This automation aims to accelerate and structure the prequalification processes of candidates while strengthening the employer brand of the group.
A Solution to Handle Applications on a Large Scale
Verallia integrates Gojob talent technology directly into its applicant tracking software. The solution automates the prequalification phase through matching and conversational agent based on artificial intelligence, without altering the daily experience of recruiters who keep their usual tool, now enhanced with AI capabilities. Given the diversity of its recruitment needs (operational positions, expert profiles, recent graduates), Verallia seeks to optimize both the processing of incoming applications and the exploitation of existing pools in its databases.
AI Strengthens and Structures Internal Practices
Beyond operational time savings, the deployment of Gojob talent has structured Verallia's internal practices. By relying on the content of job offers to conduct exchanges with candidates, the solution has led teams to enhance the quality and precision of their processes upstream. Recruiters and managers have rethought the drafting of their offers, specified their expectations more clearly, formalized the prerequisites of each position, and aligned their evaluation criteria. This evolution has enhanced the relevance of the matching and streamlined interactions between recruitment stakeholders. For candidates, selection criteria are clarified from the start and decisions, especially in cases of non-compliance with essential prerequisites, are communicated more quickly and transparently.
Convincing Results and International Expansion
Since the launch of the pilot phase in France, more than 3,000 conversations have already been conducted with candidates. The artificial intelligence automatically identifies profiles that do not meet the prerequisites of the position (about 30% of applications), while recruiters retain the final decision. Freed from time-consuming and low-value-added tasks such as prequalification, recruiters have significant time savings and can focus their attention on the most relevant profiles. According to the company, the employer brand should emerge strengthened: the response rate from candidates averages 85%, with high reactivity from the first interactions and a satisfaction level of 4.6 out of 5 following exchanges with the conversational agent. The solution is now extending to Germany and Brazil, with close support of local teams and gradual integration into existing HR environments to ensure optimal adoption, adapted to the specificities of each market.
