Witbe Entrusts TP ICAP Midcap with Comprehensive Stock Market Support
Witbe has announced the appointment of TP ICAP Midcap as its Listing Sponsor and liquidity contract manager, effective April 9, 2026. This decision is part of a reorganization aimed at unifying all stock market support services within a coordinated financial marketing framework.
Witbe has opted to centralize all its market missions with a single entity. TP ICAP Midcap will now take over the roles of Listing Sponsor, liquidity management, and sponsored research, replacing Gilbert Dupont whose operations have ceased. This unified organization aims to ensure the coherence of stock market marketing, the quality of market animation, and the efficiency of financial research. These three pillars are considered by the company as essential for the fair valuation of a technology enterprise.
