Paramount Skydance falls 6.67% following its merger

Paramount Skydance Corporation closed at $11.19, down 6.67%, following the completion of its merger deal with Warner Bros. Discovery at the end of February. The stock recorded the largest drop in the S&P 500 on Monday. CF Industries fell 4.09% to $111.04, and Charter Communications dropped 4.06% to $222.82. AT&T lost 3.88% to $27.53, in a telecommunications sector under pressure. Valero Energy fell 3.86% to $215.95, while Broadridge Financial Solutions slid 4.00% to $189.01. Expedia Group declined 3.24% to $241.54, and Cisco Systems ended down 3.09% at $76.21.
