Assystem Reports 7.4% Growth in 2025 Driven by International Expansion

Detailed Financial Performance in 2025
In 2025, Assystem achieved a consolidated revenue of 656.6 million euros, up from 611.3 million in 2024, marking a 7.4% increase. This growth consists of 4.5% organic growth, a positive perimeter effect of 4.2% due to the integration of Mactech Energy Group on January 1, 2025, and a negative impact of currency fluctuations by 1.3%. Nuclear activities accounted for 77% of the annual consolidated revenue. In the fourth quarter, Assystem posted a revenue of 172.5 million euros compared to 165.9 million a year earlier, growing by 4.0%. This quarterly performance includes 2.2% organic growth, a perimeter effect of 4.7%, and a negative currency impact of 2.8%. The group noted that growth in nuclear was partially offset by a decline in non-nuclear activities, amid particularly challenging baseline effects. Regarding operating margin, Assystem expects to record a slightly improved operating margin in 2025 compared to 2024.
Performance in France and International Dynamics
In France, accounting for 59% of the 2025 consolidated revenue compared to 62% in 2024, activities reached 387.8 million euros, up from 380.9 million in 2024, a 1.8% increase entirely organic. The low level of activity in new reactor constructions and a decline in activity in the installed base were offset by good performance in other nuclear activities. In the fourth quarter, French revenue grew by 1.0% to 103.0 million euros. Internationally, activities showed much stronger dynamics with 268.8 million euros compared to 230.4 million in 2024, growing by 16.7%. This increase combines 8.9% organic growth, a perimeter effect of 11.3%, and a negative currency impact of 3.6%. The United Kingdom now represents 25% of the total consolidated revenue, with solid organic growth despite a high baseline effect. Mactech Energy Group, integrated on January 1, 2025, has shown a ramp-up in line with expectations. In the fourth quarter, international activities generated 69.5 million euros compared to 63.9 million a year earlier, growing by 8.7%.
