Macompta.fr Reports 29% Growth in the First Half of 2025/2026
The French software solutions provider for accountants and businesses announced its semi-annual results on Thursday, showing an acceleration in revenue driven by strong momentum in its two markets. The company is maintaining its annual growth targets and is preparing to launch new products including AI agents.
Strong Revenue Growth in the First Half
In the first half of the fiscal year 2025/2026, ending December 31, 2025, Macompta.fr generated a revenue of €2,155K, up 29% compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year (€1,671K). This increase reflects sustained commercial dynamics with businesses, associations, and professionals in accounting and payroll. The business market grew by 24.6% over the semester, while the market for accounting and payroll professionals, launched in 2024, showed a much faster growth of 64.7%. EBITDA stood at €404K, representing a 19% margin on revenue, compared to €384K in the previous first semester.
Doubling Down on Development Efforts
Macompta.fr doubled its development efforts during the semester, allocating 20.4% of its revenue to development compared to 10% previously. These investments are focused on the development of AI agents and electronic billing solutions. Capitalized production reached €441K compared to €167K a year earlier. To accelerate these projects, the company increased its use of subcontracting, with external expenses rising from €349K to €666K. The strengthening of internal teams also continued, with personnel expenses rising from €1,091K to €1,506K. Given these investments, operating income stood at €242K compared to €254K in the previous semester. Net income amounted to €213K, up 4% from €206K in the previous period.
Solid Financial Position as of December 31, 2025
As of December 31, 2025, Macompta.fr has equity of €2,574K and no financial debt. Available cash stands at €388K after the payment of a dividend of €325K. For the full year, the company maintains a growth target of 25% to 30% and anticipates an EBITDA margin of 25% to 30%. The launch of its first AI agents is scheduled for the first calendar quarter of 2026, followed by the Electronic Billing Platform offering in the third quarter of 2026. In January 2026, Macompta.fr obtained its final registration as an Approved Dematerialization Platform. The company also confirms its ambition to transfer its shares to Euronext Growth in the first half of 2026.
