Signify: Board of Supervisory Appointments
Signify proposes the appointment of Barbara Holzapfel and Jeroen Hoencamp as members of the supervisory board, as well as the re-election of Bram Schot. Jeroen Drost has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board, succeeding Gerard van de Aast, effective from March 1, 2026.
Proposed Appointments and Observerships
The supervisory board of Signify proposes the appointment of Barbara Holzapfel, a 57-year-old American technology executive with experience in enterprise software and digital transformation, and Jeroen Hoencamp, a 59-year-old Dutch executive specializing in telecommunications. Both candidates will attend supervisory board meetings as observers starting from March 1, 2026, until their formal appointment by the general meeting of shareholders. The supervisory board also proposes the re-election of Bram Schot, who has been a member of the board since May 2022.
Leadership Transition
Jeroen Drost, who has been a member of the supervisory board since 2024, has been appointed as the chairman of the supervisory board, effective March 1, 2026. He will succeed Gerard van de Aast, who will remain a board member until the end of his term in 2027. Rita Lane will leave the supervisory board at the end of her current term in April 2026, after serving for ten years since Signify's IPO in 2016. These proposals will be submitted to the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for April 24, 2026, with each appointment being for a period of four years.
