Tonner Drones Reports a Net Profit of 1.1 Million Euros in 2025
Tonner Drones concluded its 2025 fiscal year with a positive net profit of 1.1 million euros, marking the completion of its reorganization and refinancing. Equity was strengthened by more than 6 million euros, thus improving the financial structure of the group.
Completion of Restructuring and Financial Results
Tonner Drones, a group specializing in technology for the logistics sector, experienced a significant 2025 marked by the completion of its restructuring. The net profit amounted to 1.1 million euros. This performance came after a transition year characterized by refinancing operations and internal reorganization. Equity, initially impaired, was bolstered by an increase exceeding 6 million euros, allowing the company to now display a positive equity of 876,000 euros. Operating expenses were established at 778,000 euros and still included elements related to restructuring and refinancing, notably the costs of securities transactions and legal fees. The management anticipates a further reduction in these expenses in 2026. The group also recorded a positive financial result of 1.6 million euros for the past fiscal year.
Revenue Decline but Overall Improved Financial Performance
According to the statement, only the revenue decreased during the fiscal year 2025, while all other results improved compared to 2024. This enhancement in financial performance results from rigorous cost management and effective cash management. In parallel, several holdings of Tonner Drones recorded solid performances, leading to the sale of a portion of Donecle shares for an amount of 1.25 million euros, with the proceeds expected in March 2026. The group specifies maintaining a prudent valuation of its assets, thus allowing room for future growth. Tonner Drones does not plan any additional capital increase in 2026, except for the existing share subscription warrants, in order to limit dilution and increase earnings per share.
Strategic Alternatives and Operational Plans for 2026
For 2026, Tonner Drones intends to continue maximizing the value of its assets and the efficiency of its capital. The group is currently exploring various strategic alternatives for its other holdings, which remain valued at relatively low amounts on the balance sheet. Operationally, Tonner Drones remains optimistic about the commercial trajectory of Countbot but has decided to abandon the Inhibitor project due to a lack of interest. The group also maintains active management of its cash reserves and specifies that it currently has no exposure to cryptocurrency markets, having never had any. The audited accounts and annual report will be published before April 30, 2026.
