Tonner Drones Postpones Listing of its BSA-2025-2 Warrants to January 26
Tonner Drones announced on Thursday the postponement of the first trading day of its BSA-2025-2 warrants, originally scheduled for January 16, 2026. The trading will now take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, according to the company's press release.
Postponement of BSA-2025-2 Trading Day
The first trading day for Tonner Drones' BSA-2025-2 has been postponed to Monday, January 26, 2026, the company states. According to the press release, these warrants were detached from the shares acquired during the exercise of BSA-2025-1. Between October 30, 2025, and the end of the exercise period, 33,671,888 BSA-2025-1 warrants were exercised, the group specifies. This operation resulted in the issuance of 16,835,944 new shares, already issued at the time of the exercise, and an equal number of BSA-2025-2 warrants, which will be created on January 26, 2026. The exercise of BSA-2025-2 will only be possible from July 1, 2026, according to the company.
Participation of CEO Mr. van den Ouden
The CEO of Tonner Drones, Mr. van den Ouden, participated with 7,414,988 BSA-2025-1 warrants, the press release indicates. This participation resulted in the subscription of 3,707,494 shares at a price of 107,517.33 euros, equivalent to 0.0290 euros per share, the company specifies. According to the group, Mr. van den Ouden's stake in the company now amounts to 12.5% of the capital and voting rights. This operation marks a strengthening of the leader's presence in the capital of the company specializing in technologies for the logistics sector.
