Strong Performance in Q3 2025/26
In the third quarter of 2025/26, the group achieved a revenue of 66.7 million euros, marking a 12.1% increase from the same period in 2024/25. This performance is based on an organic growth of 3.5% and a positive contribution from acquisitions of 10.5%, partially offset by an unfavorable exchange rate effect of 1.9%. The Sports division saw an 11.9% growth, generating revenue of 36.0 million euros during the period. This increase is driven by the acceleration of Gymnastics activities and the growth resumption in the Benelux. The contribution from Sodex, acquired at the end of May 2025, meets expectations and enhances the division's dynamics. The Sportainment & Climbing division recorded a 29.0% increase, reaching 16.1 million euros in the third quarter of 2025/26. This development reflects the sustained growth of Fun Spot and the successful integration of ELI Play's activities, which offset a slight decline in playful and sports climbing walls activities. The Locker division experienced a slight decline of 1.7% in the third quarter of 2025/26, amounting to 14.6 million euros. This drop occurs in a context of slowing public investments in France and a temporary adjustment of production at Meta due to the renewal of its industrial equipment.
