Acheter-louer.fr has announced a definitive agreement to sell its historic BtoB real estate business to Devalense-Medias. The deal includes the Expression media and the Actupro-Immobilier database, which accounted for 16.6% of the group's revenue in 2025.
Details of the Transaction
The sale involves two assets: the Expression media, which includes its magazine, website, and newsletter, and the BtoB 'Actupro-Immobilier' database, a professional real estate database. Devalense-Medias, a subsidiary of Devalense Group and majority shareholder of Webradios Editions, is the buyer. This divested business represented 16.6% of Acheter-louer.fr's revenue in 2025.
Strategic Refocusing
Laurent Campagnolo, Chairman of the Executive Board of Acheter-louer.fr, states: 'This sale reflects our desire to focus our resources on our strategic development areas.' The group notes that this operation is part of a refocusing of its activities, characterized by the deployment of a 'Crypto Treasury Company' strategy dedicated to Solana (SOL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sol Treasury Corp SASU. Acheter-louer.fr indicates that this sale contributes to the optimization of its operational and financial structure.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction will become effective once SA Acheter-louer.fr exits the safeguard procedure.
