Adomos has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the shares of SLS Data, a data marketing specialist, according to a definitive agreement signed on January 28, 2026.

Adomos (ALADO, ISIN FR001400UT31) announces the signing of the definitive agreement for the acquisition of the entire capital of SLS Data, a company specializing in data marketing and strategic customer data exploitation. This all-cash transaction follows the lifting of all suspensive conditions and marks the culmination of exclusive discussions that began in June 2025 and the memorandum of understanding signed in October 2025.
Strategic Repositioning through Acquisition
SLS Data owns a proprietary database of over 27 million individual (BtoC) profiles and 13 million professional (BtoB) contacts. The acquisition is part of Adomos' repositioning around customer knowledge, disruptive technologies, and the digital exploitation of data assets. SLS Data is already profitable at the time of its integration.
