Professional Background and Experience
Jennifer Palmieri brings over 25 years of experience in leading HR strategy, operational model transformation, talent development, and employee engagement. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at Westfield Insurance, an international property and casualty insurance company. Prior to that, she spent nearly 18 years at Cigna, a health insurance company, where she held various leadership roles in human resources, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer.
