The A350F features the largest main deck cargo door in the industry, with a fuselage length and capacity optimized around standard industry pallets and containers. Over 70% of the structure is made of advanced materials, making the aircraft 46 tons lighter at takeoff than its competing aircraft. The A350F is also the only cargo aircraft that will fully meet the enhanced CO? emission standards set by the ICAO, which will come into effect in 2027.
Airbus and Rolls-Royce Join Atlas Air's Supplier Base
The selection of the A350F marks the entry of Airbus and Rolls-Royce into the supplier base of Atlas Air Worldwide alongside other major aircraft and engine manufacturers. Atlas employs about 5,000 staff and serves a diverse clientele across more than 300 destinations in 90 countries.
