As indicated by the company, the impact of this operation on the net earnings per share will be limited. Following the capital increase, employees now own about 2.5% of Amundi's capital, up from 2.1% before the operation. This initiative aims to involve employees in Amundi's development and economic value creation, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging to the company.
