Archos Completes Financing for the Acquisition of Distrame with a Net Profit Over 70,000 Euros
Archos announces the completion of the financing for its acquisition of Distrame. All shares of Logic Instrument issued in November 2025 were sold by Société Financière de Participation Auboise, generating a direct net profit exceeding 70,000 euros for Logic Instrument SA.
Finalization of Share Sale
On the evening of February 18, 2026, 100% of the Logic Instrument shares issued for the financing of the acquisition were sold by FPA. The sale took place over a period of three months. The average selling price was established at 1.6965 euros per share, compared to the initial reference price of 1.65 euros at the time of issuance. This difference enabled a direct net profit of over 70,000 euros for Logic Instrument SA, effectively reducing the acquisition cost. According to Archos, this success demonstrates the market's confidence in the strategic relevance of the acquisition of Distrame, a French leader in testing and measurement solutions.
Strategic Acceleration Phase for Distrame
Distrame now inaugurates a phase of acceleration in its strategic plan to exceed its growth and profitability targets. The company is aiming for a turnover of 30 million euros. This trajectory is part of a French test and measurement market estimated at over one billion euros, showing strong growth. The development plan is based on four major pillars: strengthening supplier partnerships by relying on a network of 65 experts and consolidating alliances with global leaders such as Fluke, Keysight, Chauvin Arnoux, Rohde & Schwarz, and Tektronix; client efficiency and digitalization through the implementation of comprehensive online catalogs incorporating all partner references; software sovereignty by creating a proprietary ecosystem of test and measurement solutions that can be integrated into market solutions; and European expansion marked by entering the German market and a strategic first recruitment.
