Archos Group has announced an estimated turnover of 48 million euros for 2025, marking a 53% increase from the previous year. For the current fiscal year, the company is aiming for a turnover of 92 million euros, according to its press release.
Strategic Acquisitions and Technological Mastery
According to the group, the expected increase in turnover for 2026, which is about 91% compared to 2025, is largely based on the full-year integration of acquisitions made by Logic Instrument. The company also highlights the contribution from the integration of O2i Ingénierie, which expands its positioning towards digital transformation. According to the press release, Archos now masters the entire technological ecosystems and deploys custom solutions incorporating artificial intelligence and cybersecurity for major industrial and institutional accounts. The group indicates that it continues to explore potential new acquisitions, particularly within the defense industrial and technological base.
Strengthening Position in Rugged Mobile Solutions
Archos emphasizes its position on rugged mobile solutions aimed at the French and German defense markets. The company announces that its factory located in Essonne will be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2026. This production unit will enable the group to offer TEMPEST certified products, a standard used for protection against compromising electromagnetic emissions. According to the press release, this industrial strengthening contributes to the group's sovereignty strategy and its scaling up in the defense sector.
Investments in Medical Technology Startups
The group also indicates that investments made in three startups specializing in medical technologies are expected to yield results in 2026. According to Archos, these investments aim to enhance its offerings for home care solutions. The company specifies that its activities are now structured around three main areas: defense and industry in mobile solutions, consumer electronics, and health. The group includes several subsidiaries, such as Logic Instrument, Elexo, Glacier Computer, Artic, Distrame, O2i Ingénierie, Poladerme, Dextrain, and Domisanté.
