Atos Ranked as a Leader in NelsonHall's Study on Generative AI Applied to Operations
The French technology group has been recognized as a leader in all four categories of NelsonHall's NEAT 2025 evaluation focusing on the transformation of business operations with generative artificial intelligence, according to a statement released on Thursday.
Comprehensive Leadership in Generative AI
Atos has achieved leader status across all categories assessed by NelsonHall's NEAT 2025 study, the company reports. This evaluation focuses on the transformation of business operations using generative AI. The report particularly highlights the group's capabilities in developing custom generative AI solutions, understanding requirements in the field, supporting customer interactions, and delivering business process services. NelsonHall's lead analyst in operational transformation, Mike Smart, noted that Atos is among the providers actively offering image generation solutions in production environments. The flexibility of AI solution hosting is supported by the BullSequana server range, the statement specifies.
Extensive Use Cases Across Multiple Sectors
According to NelsonHall's analysis cited by Atos, the group has developed over 800 use cases of generative AI, with a strong focus on finance, industry, healthcare, and the public sector. Atos's Global Data and AI Director, Narendra Naidu, stated that this recognition illustrates the group's ability to assist its clients in achieving immediate benefits while fulfilling long-term objectives. These solutions particularly leverage the Atos Polaris AI Platform, the company indicates. The group launched its generative AI accelerator program at the end of 2023, offering consulting, horizontal and vertical solutions, and a modular set of accelerators.
Atos Polaris AI Platform: A Framework Independent of Cloud and Language Models
The Atos Polaris AI platform, launched in 2025, provides a framework independent of cloud and language models, according to the statement. This infrastructure aims to accelerate the design and implementation of generative AI solutions, autonomous AI agents, and industrial agentic solutions. NelsonHall's NEAT report evaluates providers based on their ability to deliver immediate benefits and meet future client needs. Providers are categorized into four groups: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, or Major Players. Atos Group employs nearly 67,000 people and generates an annual turnover of nearly 10 billion euros, with a commercial presence in 61 countries.
