The "Global AI Hub" is vendor-agnostic. Its first version was delivered in July and is being used by five AXA Group entities.
The platform integrates governance, FinOps, SafetyOps, security, compliance and human oversight throughout the AI lifecycle. It also enables the allocation and orchestration of large language models (LLMs) according to use cases.
AXA entities in Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and AXA XL are developing use cases focusing in particular on automotive claims automation, customer email processing and enterprise knowledge management.
Human Oversight Maintained on High-Stakes Decisions
AXA states its intention to continuously strengthen its AI-based features and promote responsible AI practices, while ensuring human oversight on all decisions with significant stakes for the company.
According to David Murphy, Director of Financial Services EMEA and APAC at Publicis Sapient, this partnership aims to implement the enterprise AI capabilities, engineering approaches and governance necessary to accelerate AI adoption across the Group.
