Financial Restructuring Details
According to the press release, the total declared liabilities initially amounted to 10.3 million euros. In the continuation plan presented to the court, only 5.3 million euros were retained. The company secured debt waivers amounting to 0.6 million euros, a final repayment of shareholder current accounts totaling 1.1 million euros, and a spreading of claims over a period of 9 years totaling 3.2 million euros. This restructuring should enable the company to continue its operations in a healthier financial environment.
Operational Profitability Amidst Challenges
The group has demonstrated the profitability of its operations despite a complex economic and geopolitical landscape. The company reports that its direct channels have shown positive dynamics, with a 14% growth in the activity of its Parisian stores and a 65% increase in e-commerce activity as of the end of September 2025. Barbara Bui, which markets luxury clothing and accessories lines, distributes its collections through its own stores in Paris, its website, and a network of selective multi-brand retail points in France and abroad.
Future Financial Reporting
The group plans to publish its 2025 revenue during the first quarter of 2026. The 2025 annual results will be communicated at the end of April 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Paris in compartment C under the mnemonic BUI, is eligible for the PEA-PME. Barbara Bui intends to continue the trajectory initiated by its direct channels in 2026, according to the indications provided in the press release.
