Barbara Bui Maintains 2025 Revenue Thanks to Retail Dynamics
Barbara Bui announced a stable consolidated revenue for 2025 at 12.3 million euros, slightly down by 54,000 euros compared to 2024. This stability is supported by strong retail activity performance, which saw a 20% increase, offsetting a significant decline in Wholesale.
2025 Fiscal Year Performance
Barbara Bui Group maintained its activity level in the fiscal year 2025 with a consolidated revenue of 12.3 million euros, down by 54,000 euros from the 12.4 million euros recorded in 2024, marking a 0% change. This performance occurred in a disrupted economic and geopolitical environment, according to the group. The Retail (stores) activity recorded a revenue of 8.2 million euros, up 20% compared to 2024, where it was 6.9 million euros. This Retail growth reflects two distinct dynamics: the network of Parisian stores saw a 12% year-over-year increase, while e-commerce activity showed a sustained growth of 52% for the fiscal year 2025. Meanwhile, the Wholesale (distribution) activity recorded a revenue of 4.1 million euros, down 26% compared to the 5.5 million euros of 2024. This decrease is explained by the group as due to a particularly unfavorable global context that impacted the demand from distributors. Excluding private sales activities, the Wholesale revenue shows a decrease of 33% compared to 2024.
Detailed Activity Segment Analysis
A detailed analysis of the activity segments reveals a partial compensation between the two poles of the group. The Retail segment, representing two-thirds of the total revenue, boosted the overall performance with its 8.2 million euros. Within this activity, the owned Parisian stores progressed by 12% in 2025, while e-commerce registered a much more dynamic growth of 52%, reflecting a gradual increase in power of this channel. The Wholesale segment, accounting for 33.3% of the consolidated revenue with 4.1 million euros, experienced a significant decline. This 26% drop in overall variation, or 33% excluding private sales activities, is part of a context of weak global demand from selective multi-brand distributors to which Barbara Bui partially entrusts its collections. The accounts presented are under audit. Strategic orientations and prospects for the group for the coming years will be detailed in the press release related to the annual results 2025, scheduled for publication no later than April 30, 2026.
