Immediate Departures in Leadership

Laura Meyer, a board member and chair of the audit committee since September 2024, leaves her position with immediate effect. Kevin Helash, CEO since October 2023, also departs the company with immediate effect. Kamal El Mernissi, director of business development since October 2024, will leave the company effective March 31, 2026.
