Previously, she worked at Microsoft Corporation starting in 2018, notably serving as Corporate Vice-President and Deputy Chief Technology Officer from April 2020 to January 2024, where she led the company's large-scale transformation towards AI. She has also held leadership roles at Engie SA and the Wikimedia Foundation. She currently serves on the boards of UBS Group AG, Volvo Car Corporation, and Xylem Inc.
