Scope of the Agreement
Under this agreement, Capgemini will provide engineering, deployment, and support services for some of McDonald's customer-oriented digital channels, as well as for the technological solutions used in restaurants within the global McDonald's system. The group will employ a multidisciplinary approach combining strategy, design, innovation, and engineering. Capgemini will also leverage its capabilities in artificial intelligence and advanced analytics through its Applied Innovation Exchange platform, as well as its expertise in public cloud.
Strategic Goals
McDonald's aims to reach 250 million active users of its loyalty program over 90 days and aspires to generate $45 billion in annual sales through this program by the end of 2027. The restaurant chain also intends to connect thousands of restaurants to cloud services as part of its global 'Accelerating the Arches' strategy.
