Capgemini Raises Growth Forecasts for 2025
In the third quarter of 2025, Capgemini reported a revenue of 5,393 million euros, marking a 0.3% increase year-on-year in reported figures, according to the company.
During the third quarter of 2025, Capgemini recorded a revenue of 5,393 million euros, representing an increase of 0.3% in reported figures and 2.9% at constant exchange rates compared to the previous year. For the first nine months of the year, the revenue reached 16,500 million euros, showing a growth of 1.0% at constant exchange rates but a slight decline of 0.1% in reported figures. The order intake in the third quarter amounted to 5,161 million euros, which is an increase of 1.5% at constant exchange rates, with a book-to-bill ratio of 0.96.
Capgemini's performance benefited from strong demand for technology solutions such as cloud and artificial intelligence. The North American region recorded a notable growth of 7.0% at constant exchange rates, driven by the financial services, telecoms, and media sectors. The United Kingdom and Ireland also saw a growth of 9.0%. However, revenue in France decreased by 4.7% due to the weakness in the industrial sector. Following the acquisition of WNS, Capgemini expects acquisitions to contribute about 2 points to revenue growth.
Capgemini has revised its targets for the year 2025, now anticipating a revenue growth of between 2.0% and 2.5% at constant exchange rates, compared to the previous forecast of -1.0% to 1.0%. The operating margin is expected to be between 13.3% and 13.4%. The generation of organic free cash flow is maintained around 1.9 billion euros. The completion of the acquisition of WNS strengthens the group's position in the market for intelligent operations, aligning with the strong demand for business process transformation and management.
