Anne-Sophie Chauveau-Galas, a French national, has served as the Director of Human Resources at Société Générale Group since 2023. She began her career in 1998 at Alcatel, then at BSN (Danone) in the human resources field before joining Alstom Group in 2001. She has held various positions in human resource management, including Director of Talent Management in 2005 for the Alstom Power sector, HR Director for the Transport sector in 2009, and Vice President of HR Europe and Social Relations for the Alstom Group starting in 2015.
Since May 2019, she has been the Director of Human Resources and a member of the executive committee of Alstom Group, where she supported the group's transformation, including the merger and integration of Bombardier Transport. She holds a master's degree in management from EDHEC Business School.
