Coface: Solvency Ratio at 197% and Dividend of €1.25 per Share
Coface SA released its unique report on solvency and financial condition (SFCR) for the fiscal year 2025 on Wednesday, in accordance with the requirements of the Solvency II Directive. The group displays a SCR Group coverage rate of 197%, above its target range.
As of December 31, 2025, the eligible equity for covering the SCR Group amounts to €2,601 million. This envelope consists of 75% Tier 1 equity, 24% Tier 2, and 1% Tier 3 (deferred tax assets). The SCR coverage rate of the Company on a solo basis reaches 236%. The complete report has been approved by the respective boards of directors of Coface SA and the Company.

The solvency displayed above the target range (155% - 175%) supports the group's decision to distribute 84% of its net result for 2025 in the form of a dividend of €1.25 per share. The general meeting of shareholders, which will decide on the dividend, is scheduled for May 19, 2026. The results for the first half of 2026 will be announced on July 30, 2026, after market close, and the results for the first nine months on November 2, 2026, after market close.
