Courtois SA Records Revenue of 2.56 Million Euros in 2025
On Friday, Courtois Group announced its 2025 results, marked by a significant increase in its consolidated revenue, primarily driven by property lot sales in its flagship Courbevoie project. This growth reflects the group's activity in real estate renovation and development.
Significant Growth in Revenue
Courtois SA's consolidated revenue reached €2,563k as of December 31, 2025, up from €945k a year earlier, an increase of 171%. This rise mainly stems from the sales of real estate lots in the Courbevoie project over the fiscal year. In its building renovation division, the subsidiary FIC reported a revenue of €324k in 2025 compared to €34k in 2024, resulting from the sale of a lot in the Toulouse Centre building and a provision on a lot in Paris. The net stock of this activity stood at €3,999k as of December 31, 2025, down by €315k compared to €4,314k recorded in 2024. SAS Courbevoie 157 Timbaud, in which the group holds a 51% stake, generated a revenue of €2,052k using the percentage of completion method, while its stock amounted to €1,911k compared to €2,880k the previous year. Courtois noted that during the last quarter, a buyer withdrew their promise of sale on this project.
Real Estate Development Activity
The group's real estate development activity recorded a revenue of €33k in 2025, down from €46k in 2024. This decrease is due to the sale of the Cugnaux lots to the company Caudra in July of the last year. For the companies accounted for using the equity method, the development permit for Ondes Residence des Carolles was granted and cleared of objections, and is currently in the costing phase. In Vitrolles, the land was sold on December 30, 2025, to the developer Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, in accordance with the promise of sale. In the property management activity, all premises are rented. Courtois has an accompaniment credit of €600k subscribed with Caisse d'Épargne in February 2025 with a Completion Guarantee, at a variable rate and not utilized to date.
Ongoing Renovation in Toulouse
The building on Rue de Rémusat in Toulouse continues its renovation with delivery expected in the second half of 2026. The modified building permit for the entire project was filed in December and is still under review. The group anticipates initial work receptions in the first quarter of 2026, as well as an early handover for part of the building. Courtois notes that this management activity will be significantly reduced in 2026 due to the non-billing of rent for Rue de Rémusat during the year.
