Crédit Agricole Appoints Quentin Guerineau as Director of Societal Engagement
Quentin Guerineau has been appointed as the Director of Societal Engagement at Crédit Agricole S.A., effective March 2, 2026. He will join the Executive Committee of the group and will report to Grégory Erphelin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Quentin Guerineau will assume his role as Director of Societal Engagement at Crédit Agricole S.A. starting March 2, 2026. He will report to Grégory Erphelin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Transformation, Human Resources, and Transitions. In his capacity, he will be a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.
Professional Background
Quentin Guerineau began his career in 2016 at the Directorate General of the Treasury as a deputy to the Head of Office, successively responsible for housing, then companies and insurance intermediaries. In 2021, he was appointed advisor for Industry 4.0, Europe, Territories, and Attractiveness to the Deputy Minister of Industry. He returned to the Directorate General of the Treasury in 2022 as Head of the Office for Companies and Insurance Intermediaries. In 2023, he joined the Ministry of Energy Transition as Deputy Director of the Cabinet, and in early 2024, he became the Director of the Cabinet for the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty. From autumn 2024 until the end of 2025, he served as the Director of the Cabinet for the Minister of Ecological Transition. Quentin Guerineau is a chief engineer of Bridges, Waters, and Forests and a graduate of the École Polytechnique.
